What to expect in an appointment

A kinesiology session is a calm, supportive experience tailored to your individual needs. It begins with a relaxed conversation where you can share what’s going on—physically, emotionally, or energetically. From there, gentle muscle testing is used to access information from your body’s subconscious, helping identify imbalances or stress patterns.

You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table while I lightly test specific muscles. This process guides the session, revealing what your body needs to restore balance—this might include energy work, acupressure, emotional stress diffusing, nutritional suggestions, or simple lifestyle adjustments.

Each session is collaborative and deeply personal. Many of my clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with themselves. It’s not about pushing through—it’s about listening, releasing, and gently returning to balance.
